Same here, I can't get my 2019 tax returns to print or download. I went through the instructions provided, nothing works. My computer is working fine and has pdf installed. I'm not sure how to get a copy of my 2019 federal and state return at this point.

You can print from within TurboTax Online or by using the Print button (found under the File menu) of your browser.

If those options don't work, save your return as a PDF.  You can do this either from within TurboTax (follow these steps) or your browser.

Responding to the solution offered... the only option to download or print is a text file which is useless. Seriously incensed that I paid for this and it's not working. Time is of the essence. Obviously there is an issue that needs to be fixed. Too many having the same problem. We all aren't computer illiterate and know how to download a file.

If the only issue is it will not open in PDF format, please make sure you  have the most recent version of Adobe installed on your computer.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please see the below TurboTax FAQ for additional troubleshooting steps:

Same problem...Their website is not at all friendly. Will switch next year. They don't have customer service. Paid $280 for lousy service.

What file did you download?  Was it a .tax or .pdf or .txt file?  If it downloads as a .txt file, try changing the .txt to .pdf or use a different browser to download it.

If you are using Microsoft Edge see
