Follow the instructions on the letter.

What type of notice?   There should be a CP or LTR number in one of the corners.

FAQ:  I got a letter or notice from the IRS

TurboTax also has a free Audit Support Center that can also help with an IRS notice/letter.   The special phone number is shown way down in the table in this FAQ:

If you call that Audit Support Center number, when the robot asks for your issue, simply say "Audit Support Center."   It will then say it found some information and ask if you want it to email or text information about Audit Defense.   Instead of choosing one, just say "No."   Then it will say something like "Looks like you need to speak to a representative" and hopefully transfer you.
