What do u do if u filed taxes and then got a 1095c a week later, and u don’t know if u put yes to the Health coverage question for them? Do u have to amend or what?

You can print a copy of your tax return to see what you put for the health coverage question. Please review the following instructions to print a copy of your tax return after filing.

If you have already submitted your tax return and need to fix anything, you will need to amend it. Unless it's rejected, then you can make corrections and resubmit it.
