I login to my TurboTax account, it immediately asked me to start my 2023 tax return without displaying last year's return. On left side there is no tax home, just inituit account and signout option. What happens to my account? I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years, sometimes online, sometimes PC/MAC download, sometimes CD, but have never seen such a disater within my account.
I also realized I have two accounts, one is named as "TurboTax", the other is named as "Intuit", are they interchangable? Are both of them can report tax return and download previous years' tax return? Why do I created two accounts without any membering of when?
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
