Started 2019 return for [removed] and I can not get back into turbo tax to finish return & file

I cannot get back in my 2019 taxes to  complete putting in info.  I go in and they say they have saved my info.  Then when I sign in it tells me to download a browser.  I downloaded Google Chrome and cannot get past that

Please clear your cache and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
