So I filed my taxes a couple of months ago and I still haven’t gotten them back do I need to mail in my form for them to give me my check?

I filed through the app but I put that I wanted it sent by mail because  I don’t have a bank account but I still haven’t gotten anything  back yet what do I need to do?

The online link is your best option to track your refund.  I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

I filed electronicly on Feb 11,2020 and never got a federal reply.  I did get a state reply.  I was getting back $461.00 form the federal.  I have tired the IRS tracking and got nothing in the way of information.  What do I do now?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

IRS phone lines supported by customer service representatives for both taxpayers and tax professionals are not staffed at this time. To check on regular tax refund status via automated phone, call 800-829-1954. (This line has no information on Economic Impact Payments.)

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
