But I don't think that solve my problem. My concern is that it seems like IRS doesn't have my tax record for the 2019 year, but Turbo Tax says that both my returns are approved. So, I am trying to understand why it happens, and would like to try solve it ASAP.

Can you sign into your account and locate your 2019 return?  Refer to the following Help Article for instructions:  How do I access a prior year return?

Also, if you successfully e-filed through TurboTax Online, navigate to Your tax returns and documents and click on the 2019 tab.  This will display your tax return information for that year (File with, Federal Refund (or tax due), and  Return Status).  I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Thank you for your reply. I am able to access the prior tax return files now.

Quick question, as the tax return transcript file on IRS says that “receive non-filing request” for 2019 but everything seems fine with turbo tax efile which was accepted, is there any action that I need to do?
