Rejected Federal and State eFile

Hello,

My Fed and State eFiles got rejected. Reason is that when I filed my son's 1040, I failed to check the box that he could be claimed as a dependent. I amended his Federal return, saying he could be claimed as a dependent, which has been accepted by the IRS. Can I now re-eFile my Federal and State returns?

No.  Even if he amends you still have to print and mail  your return.  Once a ssn has been used you can't efile it again.
