Received no information from IRS about refund. Did suggested Where's My Refund etc. Breakdown seems to be communication with TurboTax when return was filed. File again?

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.  And check your spam folder for them.

 

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?

 

You can try Efiling again.  Go through the File tab through all 3 steps and hit the big Transmit Returns now button.

I recommend checking to make sure your federal and state returns were successfully e-filed within TurboTax itself.  Please see "how do I check my e-file status?" to ensure your federal and state returns were filed and accepted.  

 

If your federal and state returns were not accepted, follow the steps in this link to fix the filing.  You will then be able to file your state return along with your federal return if this is your situation.

 

Also, make sure you are logging into the correct account that was used to file your tax return.  Please see how can I view all my TurboTax accounts to make sure you are logged into the account that was used to file your tax returns.
