IRS shows mine refund was deposited on 2/5/20 and since I opted for the fees to be deducted it would go through Santa Barbara Trust but they are claiming they don't have it - TWO FULL DAYS after IRS shows it was deposited?  I don't know what the problem is - my account information on my forms is correct.  And it's not like you can speak to someone at Santa Barbara - it's a recording!!!  TT where is my $$$$?

That link is a joke - it goes to one screen, there is no "HELP" per se and the phone number is just automated messages - how about providing a number where you can actually speak to someone?

@diaz48  To contact Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, please click here.

Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit funds into your account.

So once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.

Where’s My Refund? has a tracker that displays progress through 3 stages:

(1) Return Accepted "Received," (2) Refund Approved and (3) Refund Sent.

When will I get my IRS tax refund?

@Ashley_anne35  If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account. It can take approximately 5 business days once the IRS shows "Refund Sent" for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here
