My refund is supposed to be $20. Before I complete the tax return, the order summery states "subtotal: $0" does this mean I will receive 0 or 20 in the mail?

Were you able to solve your issue? I'm not entirely sure what your question is. Please provide more information or call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

We are not sure what you are looking at.  If you used the Free Edition that would mean you do not owe anything to TurboTax.   That might be what you are seeing where the $0 is for "order summary".

If you are getting a federal refund of $20, it is shown on line 35a of your Form 1040 and will either be sent to you as a check from the IRS or as a direct deposit if you enter banking information.
