If you tried logging back into your return after it's been filed, you might see $0 in the refund box. The link provided below can assist with that:

Why did the TurboTax refund Meter change after filing

Once your return is accepted by the IRS check your refund amount, this can be found on your Federal form 1040. This will show your correct refund amount.

Please follow the steps in the TurboTax help topic below:

This can be normal as your return is being processed at this time. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks for the IRS to update your return status. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly.

Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. The most up to date information will be there. TurboTax will not get updates about your refund status.

Please see below for more information on what accepted means:

See the video in this link for a really good explanation of the process:

@MinnesotaConnection  Please see the TurboTax FAQ below, for reasons your refund amount may be showing $0, when you are expecting a refund:

Why did the TurboTax Refund Meter change after filing?

To verify your refund amount after filing, please see the instructions below:

  1. Open your return if it's not already open.
  2. On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
  3. In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
  4. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.
  5. On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2019 federal returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.
  6. The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2019 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund.

Note: This can also be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a

@MinnesotaConnection After looking at your detailed post, you will be receiving your amount listed on the IRS website. The app will automatically reset your Federal Refund to 0 after filing. So as long as your Where's My Refund? tool tells you a specific amount, that is what you will receive.
