Is my NY Refund credited to my account?

Did you receive the NY state tax refund?  If you selected direct deposit the funds will be sent to the bank you indicated on your tax return.
Did you e-file your state tax return and was it accepted?  
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section.  In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".  

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

on TurboTax, the status says: Return Status Accepted. but on link above it says "No Results"

The TurboTax status website indicting No Results means the tax return was never e-filed.  If you did not print and mail the state return, then nothing for the state has been filed.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  See screenshot

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

  1. Select State from the menu on the left (on mobile devices, tap in the upper-left corner to open the menu).
  2. On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section.  In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".  

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

I dont see the Orange button you mentioned in the Step 3. I think I did what you mentioned here in the first time itself and I also received confirmation that the tax was accepted, below is what I got in 3 different emails:

"Your 2018 New York Personal return was accepted!"
"Your 2018 New Jersey Personal return was accepted!"
"Your federal tax return was accepted by the IRS."

is there something wrong I am doing or anything else that I should be looking into or is it just system error?

You might be in the wrong TT account.

You have to sign onto your 2018 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery</a>

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2018 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

I did that and am back in the same account.I dont have any other account anyways...not sure how to attach screenshot here but on left side (under Tax Home, for 2018 tab) it says "Return Status : Accepted" for NY, NJ and Federal.

Then the state has accepted the state tax return.

Thanks for your help but looks like we are back to first step where this link says "We do not have any information about your return at this time. E-filed returns could take one week to post to our system; mailed returns can take up to three weeks to post to our system. If you e-filed, check your email, tax software or tax preparer to ensure it has been accepted." i filed this on Feb 8th I think.

Given that I got 'Plus' from TurboTax - is it not possible for you to check details of my account?

You can contact TurboTax support and they should be able to assist with the details of your tax return that was transmitted to the state.
