Do you mean an Account? Did you have TT fees deducted from the Federal refund?
It already shows in my turbotax prepaid visa account that my funds are there. I just haven't recieved a card. I ordered a new card after receiving emails saying my card was in its way then my card was at my local post office waiting for delivery then an email saying I should have already recieved my card and I need to activate it. I called the number provided in the email link they sent me and it was an automated system I chose tge option that I haven't received my card it asked me to verify my address so I did and it then said my new card would arrive in the mail in 7 to 10 days. That was 8 business days ago. I called today and they told me there is no money in my account now! But it still is showing all my funds are there when I look online!
If they are sending a new card, it probably has a new account number. Maybe that's why they told you they didn't see any money if they looked under the first card. I don't know why you are seeing it and they can't.
This is user community forum mainly for TurboTax. No one will know anything specific about your Card account here. You'd have to call Customer Service for the TurboTax Prepaid Visa Card for assistance with any card account issues. If you already talked to them, you may need to call them back and see how they explain everything you are experiencing. (888) 285-4169.
BTW, the Card FAQ page says it can take 5-10 business days to get the card, so maybe that recording you got meant 7-10 Business days, not calendar days. You said above it has been "8 business days".

I have already called that number and every other number. It has been far more than 5-10 business days. I first ordered the card on the 2nd. Thank you for your help
In your larger paragraph above you said for the second card request "that was 8 business days ago." That's why I mentioned it. Maybe what you meant was the 8 days was at the end of the 7-10 days; i.e., that you actually requested the second card 18 days ago.
I don't know what "every other number" means since I don't have a list of every other numbers. Have you tried speaking to TurboTax Support to see if they can advise you? Or was that one of the other numbers you already tried?

If you've already talked to TurboTax Support, I'll see if a Moderator can make a suggestion.
I did. I talked to a guy named kyle. He was super kind and patient and tried helping me in every way he could but he ran into the same blocks I did.
I'll request a Moderator to look at this thread, but it won't be until during the day later today.
A Moderator has received my request and says she is looking into it.
Thank you so much, I appreciate your help more than you know. I spoke with someone yesterday with green dot and he told me that he was expediting me a new card and it would arrive Tuesday but he is also the same guy that told me there is no money in my account. So we shall see
You're welcome. So did he see that the money is "somewhere?" Maybe the money stays where it is until the new card is activated, but I don't know. Just thinking out loud.
I don't recall him saying that. Most of what he was saying sounded kind of frantic or like he was totally just guessing. That's just my assumption/opinion. His accent made it extremely hard for me to understand most of what he was saying
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, your funds will first go from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank--either Civista Bank of Sandusky, Ohio, or Green Dot Bank. At the intermediary bank the fees are subtracted, then the rest of your funds are sent on to your bank (or prepaid debit card) in a second deposit. The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)
Less commonly there can be delays at the intermediary bank, and additional ID info, etc. might be required.
If for any reason the second deposit fails (the one that is actually to your bank or card), it will bounce back to SBTPG's bank who will issue you a paper check in the mail.
You can check here to see if the IRS has released your refund:
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
Once the IRS has released your funds, you can log in to your temporary account at SBTPG to see the status of your funds.
To log in, choose the taxpayer portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
SBTPG
has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are
closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as
above.
