Okay, sometimes it takes a little longer to show up in their system.
If your Federal return has been accepted, you can try looking it up at Where's My Refund? Sometimes it may take a little longer to show up in their system. If you still are not able to check it online you can try calling the automated hotline instead at 1-800-829-1954.
Please see FAQ, on some possible reasons why you are not able to track your refund at this time: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4242575
I write everything correctly and keep said the information is wrong
Better check to make sure your return was accepted.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
Please be sure you are only entering your Federal income tax total when checking the amount, do not include State and also make sure you are using the correct SS#, it has to be the number of the person filing taxes.
Please check the status of your return to see if it was filed. Also, the IRS officially begins accepting returns January 27 So the where's my refund might not be active to track as of yet. Click here to view how to check the file status.
Mine is also saying wrong info when everything is correct.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

It must be a glitch in their system. It is telling me the same thing but when I called the automated line, it updated me. My information was correct and only included my federal return amount m

My info is entered correctly but it's saying incorrect information
Please wait at least 24-48 hours after your return has been accepted by the IRS to check your status on www.irs.gov/refunds. This amount of time is just an approximation as sometimes it can take a bit more time for the information to appear through the tracking tool.
If there is no record of your return, or the system says the information is wrong, please make sure you are entering the correct social security number, filing status, and refund amount.
To verify your refund amount:
If you filed a Form 1040, the Refund Amount is shown on Line 20a.
If you filed a Form 1040NR, the Refund Amount is shown on Line 73a.
If you filed a Form 1040NR-EZ, the Refund Amount is shown on Line 23a.
If you filed a Form 1040PR, the Refund Amount is shown on Line 13a.
If you filed a Form 1040SS, the Refund Amount is shown on Line 13a.
To verify your filing status:
If you filed a Form 1040, the Filing Status is shown on the top of the form above your name and social security number.
If you filed a Form 1040NR, the Filing Status is shown on Page 1, Boxes 1 through 6.
If you filed a Form 1040NR-EZ, the Filing Status is shown on Page 1, Boxes 1 through 2.
If you filed a Form 1040PR, the Filing Status is shown on Page 1, Part 1 Line 1.
If you filed a Form 1040SS, the Filing Status is shown on Page 1, Part 1 Line 1.

Mine is also doing this & I entered the right amount. Not the total.
Same here I checked it a week ago and it worked. Now it isn’t. Hoping it’s a glitch.
Same with me everything is correct , a couple days ago it gave me an amount, now it’s tell me it’s incorrect. Probably a glitch
Same here. When I call the refund line and enter my info over the phone through the automated system it tells me it's been accepted and now being processed.
Please use this link to track your refund from the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/use-the-wheres-my-refund-tool This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated.
Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

Boy I'll tell you what for tax professionals somehow someway you people do not understand what these people are asking I have read their comments I have read their question and they're all entering in the correct information they all seem to know what information to enter but all you people want to do is keep repeating the same answers about how they're wrong entering in the information...I also am having problems right now saying wrong information and I know I entered the right information in this is why I don't ask questions on this website because you people out obviously don't know how to answer the questions you give typical responses and keep telling people what they already know several of you from Intuit that have answered these questions say the same thing it's the user putting the wrong information in check this check that.....simply call the IRS 800 number or 866- number whichever one it is and that worked for me it gave me up-to-date information right now the website and the app IRS2Go are having problems saying people's information is not right so from what I understand it will be fixed but for right now you have to call the toll-free number to get a status update on your refund....
