If my taxes did not go through because of an incorrect pin number has my progress been erased?

You mean your data?  No, your return is still intact.  Did the AGI reject?

 

When did you file 2017?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see,

That's common to end up with multiple accounts.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
