If my prepaid card won't activate, how can I get a new one?

my card will not let me activate it. i put all the correct information in and it tells me that the information i put in can’t be found

Has this issue been resolved? If so how? Same is happening here. When I called I couldn’t get ahold of an actual person and when I filled out my information in the call with it either being my ssn or my card number it’s saying it’s not real.

I’ve tried calling. I’ve tried to activate on the website. It says “please enter valid card information” but I know for a fact what I’m entering is accurate and I’m entering it correctly.

As KatrinaLO stated, if you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.

My TurboTax card would not active so what can i do my money is on there.

We’re you able to activate your card or talk to a live person at all. My card is blocked and I can’t speak with anyone to resolve this is so frustrating because I have money being deposited into this account I don’t understand why your not allowed to speak with someone

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
