If I used TurboTax to do taxes back in 2022 and just now received a form from the IRS that is stating things are missing from that year and I now owe money, what do I do?

I used TurboTax to do mine and my husband's taxes for 2022. We just received a letter from the IRS in December of 2024 stating that we owed money to them because they looked over our taxes again and determined that stuff was missing and they want their money back and added a lot of fines all on one day. The same day we received the letter. We used TurboTax that is supposed to review all of our items and approve our filing before sending it off. We are unsure what to do at this point.

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE IRS/STATE

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.
