I received notification that my federal returns were accepted, however my I try to print them - it indicates they are only available for preview. Why is that?

Do you have more than one TT account, or did you prepare some draft versions? You may be looking at the wrong one.

Nope, just one account.  I can print my state accepted return,  but my federal accepted return indicates preview only. I can also access past returns without issue.

Try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.

If you continue to have issues please see the link below to contact one of our TurboTax representatives:

This is my issue, too.  However, I can not print the state return. Also, what's up with TT charging $20 to guarantee  my return is accurate.  I can not file the State, without, it appears paying this additional $20 plus tax.  No way to Not select it.  But, my major issue, like yours, is printing. I will go to my 2020 TT and see if I can print a copy of my State Ohio return for 2020.

Why don't you try the same, assuming you have 2020 on your computer.

Thanks for raising this issue with TT helpers

Please tell me how do you delete the cache and how do you get rid of cookies.

A big thanks.

Thank you.  This didn't take care of my issue, but I contacted a customer service representative which indicated I needed to wait 7 days from the file date before I would be able to print.  Once 7 days have passed, I will check again!

Thank you, but if you read my original question,  I've already applied,  it's already been accepted,  but it is not allowing me to print...only preview. I know how to print,  it's just not an option.

Sorry for hearing of the seven day delay, but I wonder Why.  Perhaps, 2021 TurbotTax has changed. Even before you file, I thought you could print your return, but I had my issue before I filed the State..  Print all of the return, or just one schedule.  Why would TurboTax representative tell you have to wait seven days after you file makes no sense to me.

Where are those who work for, get paid by, TurboTax on this printing issue, which has to affect many of us.
