I need to speak to a actual person about a card I haven't received. It all ask me to put a card number in. How am I supposed to do this with a card I never received yet

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

I've called the number on the back of the card and it seems that it's nearly impossible to speak to a actual person.  I need to cancel my old ones due to them getting stolen. I need to to do this immediately.

There's another way to report your card stolen by logging in to report it lost/stolen. Please make sure you have your account number from your tax return.

You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.

 

Follow the steps below. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

I have cancelled and ordered a new card that I have yet to receive. I would like a new card mailed to my home address @ <address removed>.

After the "I have not received my card prompt" I give them my ssid and my birthday and then it says I have more than 1 card and that I need to have the last 4 digits of my card number

I cant file my application for the tax return.
I received and error during the final stage of application saying that the intuit electronic filling center is closed for the 2018 personal income tax filling season and that i should file it by mail.
I need some instructions about how to file the tax application by mail. Which address should i mail i to.
Could you provide me with assistance and give me some tips how can this problem be solved.

I dont have american number so i could not contact costumer service

You cannot electronically file your tax return for 2018.  It must be mailed in.

 

Please see the attached link with instructions on where to file your return.  The addresses vary by state.

Please note, you cannot prepare your 2018 tax return using the online software.  The online software is only for 2019 tax returns. 

 

I have attached a link with instructions on how to obtain the 2018 program so you can prepare your 2018 tax return if you did try to prepare it using the online software.

MyInfo was stolen and and card I n Ed a new Intuit card asap if any money has been taken off it was not me I have an Idea of who it could be that stolen my info

I can’t log in to my card then I call the number on the back on the card put my info in they tell me it’s not the right number but I received my taxes on dis card
