I have forgotten my password have reached the maximum number of attempts to login without. I need to be able to fix this.

I have forgotten my password have reached the maximum number of attempts to login without. I need to be able to fix this because even though we were able to file on May 17 we got rejected. "What happened IND-032-04". I guess because this problem ('SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database) was the same problem last year, requiring us to mail in our 2019 as well, we will never be able to use TurboTax again. Good riddance! If we can not fix this problem we will want our money back.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
