I filed my taxes in 2019, received a TurboTax card but didn't activate it in the allotted time. How can I correct this?

I didn't get my return.

If you have let this go from 2019 to 2024, you may just be out of luck.  But....you can try calling the credit card company.   

 

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

LOST CARD

 

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
