You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
Yes, you can download, print or preview your return that you prepared in TurboTax Online.
Here's how to do that:
If you don't see 2021, you used a different TurboTax account for that return. To recover your account, start here.
Enter your email address and then enter the verification code. The next screen will show you every account name connected to your email and the date you last used it.
Pick the one that seems most likely to be the one you used for 2021. You will have to verify it again and will be prompted to change your password.
You can repeat this as many times as needed to find the account you used.
