I did not receive my e-card for referring someone.

I referred them/they filed 2/4 and 3/21 should have been the date I received it.

You'll receive an email with your rewards on an e-certificate from the company you selected (up to the max amount for each qualified referral), approximately 45 days after your Friend redeems their special offer.  Please see the Help Article here for the Invite A Friend program.

My friend did redeem their offer. It's been 45 days but I never received an option to select a company.

Please review the full article as there are certain specifications that you or who you referred will have to meet in order to be eligible.  

 

If you have met all the criteria, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here so we can take a closer look.  This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.

To my knowledge we did meet all of the criteria. I tried to reach out to the Help Center but was unsuccessful.

By "unsuccessful" do you mean that you were unable to reach someone by phone?

Yes, someone called me back but I couldn't understand them.

If you believe that you met all the criteria but did not receive the benefit then our customer service phone support team is best suited to look into this further for you. I did contact the Help Center. Someone did call me back. I was on hold for about 10 minutes then was disconnected. I am learning from the turbo tax discussion forum that unfortunately a lot of people don't receive the gift cards.

I would suggest reaching back out, as only the customer support specialist can verify the offer by phone.
