I recommend checking to make sure your federal and state returns were successfully e-filed. You cannot electronically file your state return unless your federal return has been accepted. Please see "how do I check my e-file status?" to ensure your federal and state returns were filed and accepted.
If your federal and state returns were not accepted, follow the steps in this link to fix the filing. You will then be able to file your state return along with your federal return if this is your situation.
Also, make sure you are logging into the correct account that was used to file your tax return. Please see how can I view all my TurboTax accounts to make sure you are logged into the account that was used to file your tax returns.
