If you have already e-filed your tax return, you cannot make any changes to the bank account/routing number.

My refund was supposed to be in there today! My bank said they have nothing so I’m trying to see if my routing and account info is correct can’t find it in the site

If you just want to check and make sure you have down the correct bank account and routing number, you can use the link provided below to walk you through where to check this information:

I have already filed and received my return however during this corona virus crisis there will be stimulous checks distributed to people using their filing routing numbers.  I would like to change it due to my bank being bought out within the last few days to ensure I receive the money due to me .  Please get back to me as soon as you can so I can receive the government help I need to survive.

I relocated in February so my address has changed.  I was offered a job however due to the crisis they had to put a hiring freeze into effect and my employment is on hold.  I will need this assistance.

Thank you Lisa

Currently, there is no information on how the stimulus checks will be distributed.

Please click here to visit the Turbo Tax page dedicated to the Corona Virus. We will provide updates there as they come in.

Start by checking exactly what you put on your 1040 before the signature block.  Then compare that with your paper checks, account statement, or contact bank for confirmation.  Otherwise, wait for IRS to send you a letter re: failed acct number.  That's my guess.

You can print your forms to see what you entered for your direct deposit information.  If you chose to have your Turbo Tax fees taken from your refund you can contact SBTPG for the status. If you discover you have entered the wrong information, they may be able to update the bank information. Otherwise, the IRS will send you a check.
