How long does the tax return card take to get mailed? I have been waiting for 6 weeks now

I called to report it never showed up. It eventually told me I have more than one card and took me an an option that said enter the last 4 digits about the card you are calling about. I don’t know it since I haven’t received it and the machine told me call back when you have the number.

When you call to speak to someone at the TurboTax Prepaid VISA Card, their phone system should also let you enter your SSN if you don't know the card number.

If you continue to have problems with getting customer service in regard to your TurboTax Card, here's how you can phone TurboTax Support, and let them assist you with it and further advise you.

Actually, call (888) 285-4169. press Option 1, then 2 to report a lost card.

They may have already done that based on your info from yesterday.   See user's post from 9 hours ago above.
And if their system beileves user has 2 cards, it wouldn't know which one wasn't received or lost.

User optimally needs to speak to a live agent at the Turbo Card's support to see what all is going on and why they have user showing 2 cards and neither received.  But if he/she cannot reach one there, user should phone TurboTax Support and let them deal with it.

If problems continue, we can ask a TurboTax Moderator to see if they can assist you through any point person they have with the Card.

The Option 1, then 2 asks for other identfying info.

If you are referring to the Turbo Prepaid VISA Card, you should have received it in 5-10 business days after you were approved for it.

If you didn't receive yours, you need to phone the Card's customer service and report it:  (888) 285-4169.


If you filed 6 weeks ago, has the IRS released your refund yet?

If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:

If that showed it was accepted (or if you mailed the return), what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?

If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, report back for more info. 

If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed", and if it's been longer than 21 days, we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay of your refund.
