How do you print the Electronic Filing Instruction Sheet? It does not download with the tax return.

To print out all the worksheets, including the TurboTax worksheets used to fill in the return and instructions, there should be an option to download all forms and worksheets in the Print Center.

There is not a "print center" option, only the option to download and print returns.  This option only prints the tax returns. but no cover sheet.
