Program will not save my return, displays "File not found" error as if it's searching for the file I'm trying to save. Program will not print, when I press Preview Print Copy it says "Hmmm, the PDF Preview didn't work. Were not sure why. We recommend you save a PDF on your computer by selecting Save as PDF. You can always open it and view it later." That isn't an option because see first line. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are having trouble with your return saving, try turning off your virus protection and then turn it back on after your return saves. Please click here for the TurboTax Help link on how to disable virus protection.
You also clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try saving your return again.

ok Ive already filed my taxes about a week ago, Can Somebody Please Show me hoe to print off my documents, they said go to the first page and find your tax documents, I haven't seen anything like that, Im starting to get a little upset, Please show me exacty where to go and what to do so I can get my info please

Fill my taxs and have gotten my returns.. o mistakenly tap the the states taxs while filling my tax... I dont have any state tax to fill.. so am done with my tax filing... how can I get my federal tax documents for 2019...

The message says the page doesn't exist.
Every time I attempt to print my forms, the software closes.
Guess I'll have to redo the works on the federal forms available on the internet and look for another program for next year, unless you can fix this problem now.
