If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com.
1. Sign up for the card online. The Turbo Prepaid Visa Card will be issued under the name of the primary filer on the tax return.
2. Look for your personalized card to be delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it.
Note: A card will be sent to you even if you decide not to receive your refund on it. You won’t be obligated to activate or use the card if you don’t want to, but you’ll want to keep it safe or properly destroy it for your own protection.
3. As soon as you get your card, activate it online or over the phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.
4. Once the IRS accepts your tax return, your refund will be deposited directly into your account.
To avoid delays, be sure the name on the tax return is exactly the same as the name on your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.

I've lost my card and I also have a changed my address too . How can I change my information on the card . if so can I please get information to do so would be so thankful .

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. Make sure you have your account number.
Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

We are unable to send your replacement card, you will need to report your card lost or stolen through this link.

You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.
Follow the steps below.
Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

I need a card I had a paper check but need a card for stimulus check
You can't get a card through TurboTax at this point, but you can update your banking information with the IRS.
The IRS is launching “Get My Payment” where you can track your stimulus payment as well as update banking information if your payment has not yet been issued.
It is slated to be active April 17th.
