@leeleepalmer What issues are you having trying to withdraw money from your card? Have you read the Cardholder's Agreement for details about withdrawing from your card?

I need a new card. Can't reset password without the card number to get into my account to order a new card. Can't get through on the phone to speak to someone. Number on the back of the card is invalid. What do i do?

Please click the link below for assistance with your Turbo Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

Keep trying, that is the only number for customer service. There is a high call volume.

Now they aren’t excepting calls at all. No way to report card lost if I’m locked out of my online account. Doesn’t make sense.

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
