How can I get a refund as I got the wrong version of TT as a military spouse?

Unfortunately I used the Tax Expert feature, BUT it was not very useful, just copy/pasting something about how useful TT Live is. It's not really clear when you're signing up that Live is separate from Deluxe, and that's very frustrating. Is there any way to contact someone at TT Customer Service to talk about this specific case?!

They are available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.
Do not use the word "refund" in your request--use the word "billing"

When you request customer support say something along the lines of "I was over-charged for software and need the military discount"
