@gbuchai It is so late in the year, it might be too late for you to import your 1099R today. If that is the case, you could still probably get a copy of it online with the financial institution it is issued by, and enter it by hand.
What? Do you mean your Form 1040? or something else? What are you trying to find?
Assuming the you have either paid the TurboTax online account fees with a credit card or have filed the 2018 federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
The 2018 personal return F1040 was completed in July 2019. I have the PDF but when I open the TurboTax premier my return does not show up
@gbuchai How did you complete the 2018 tax return? Using the TurboTax online web based editions? Or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions with the software installed on your personal computer?
The 1040 is the Federal return. Your state will probably have another form number. What state?
Try printing from the Print Center
Log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.
Then click on Print Center.
Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

What do you mean? You started posting back in July. Have you filed your return? What about your 1099R? Was it included on your return or do you need to amend to add it? Or didn't it show up as taxable?
By transfer do you mean from 2017 or to import it from the plan?
are you able to reply? I called Turbo tax 15 times and the calls were dropped. Please help I need to talk to a specialist

The 1099R was finally overridden to input the amounts in line 4b. This is a programming flaw that TurboTax must fix.
The other critical issue is that it was impossible to get a live person by phone at TurboTax after 15 tries. This was totally frustrating. The auto system was not able to input my email for verification. I am totally disappointed.
Is there a way to send TurboTax an email to answer questions?.

There is no known programing flaw in that area - any flaw would have been discovered months ago. Overrides void the TurboTax accuracy guarantee. The taxable amount on line 4b depends on on the 1099-R box 7 code and the box 2a amount AND how you answer the 1099-R interview questions.
The fact that you said "override" suggests that you are using the desktop version so I hope you entered the 1099-R in the interview and not directly in the forms mode which also voids the accuracy guarantee because only the interview will link all necessary forms and worksheets.
What exactally is wrong with line 4b? And why do you think that it is wrong?
What is the box 7 code? What is in box 2a, Is box 2b checked? Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked? Is anything in box 5?
Q What exactly is wrong with line 4b?
Ans. The 1099 R for the IRA RMD distribution was transferred to 4b since it had a checkmark IRA/SEP in box 7.
But the pension funds and 401k were not transferred-there was no checkmark IRA/SEP in box 7
Q. And why do you think that it is wrong?
Ans. Only one of The three pension and 401k amounts were transferred directly. I Had to override 4b to include all the RMD distributions
What is the box 7 code?
1st code is 7 on the 401k 1099 R only
What is in box 2a,
The $ amount of the distribution.
Is box 2b checked?
No
Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked?
No
Is anything in box 5?
No
There are no know issues in that area. I suggest deleting the 401(k) 1099-R and reenter. Be sure that you do not indicate in the follow up questions that you did something else with the money - you should choose that you took the cash. TurboTax will ask if the box 2a is the correct taxable amount and give you a chance to enter another amount if you have after-tax basis in the 401(k) - if you do not then box 2a is the taxable amount.
The box 2a amount will get added to line 4b. It works fine for me and I cannot get it to do otherwise.
In the forms mode, you can scroll down on the 1099-R form - nothing on page 2 (lines A1 to end) and beyond should have any entries for a standard 401(k) distribution that is all taxable. If there are entries then something was entered incorrectly.
The 1099R's did transfer properly to line 4b after deleting the prior 1099R's and deleting the overrides and then reinputting the 1099r's information again. Thank you,
You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7.
If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
