After selecting direct debit from bank, I am being ask to correct my payment date and when i enter a date in 2023, it does nothing. Anyone know whats wrong?

Issue couldnt be resolved. Had to change payment option to pay by mail instead to submit. However now, I am getting a transmission trouble error.
