Haven't received my turbo card in mail

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169.

NOTE: Make sure the correct address is on file.

The conditions were that I will receive my turbocard in 7-10 days after being approved for my refund. 

 

I was approved on 01/28 

It is now 02/03 and my card is just now being printed. It should have been sent in the mail a long time ago. There is no good reason for this delay is all banks have busy volume and send personal cards instantly to their customers. 

 

I would like an update as to whether the tracker is wrong with a guarantee I will receive my card shortly and a specified date. Or my card to be sent via FEDEX at no charge due to the long waiting period. 

 

First there was an issue with charges not working. Now I'm waiting WAY TOO long for my card. What's next??

Hi, it’s says I have several cards which I don’t have access to.. I have not received my new card.. wanna make sure it’s sent to my mailing address

You can view or print a copy of your tax return to view your information, to ensure it is correct. Be sure your return has been accepted by the IRS before going back in to your return.

Please see the directions below:

You need to download your tax return using Print Center and choose the option for all worksheets.

  1. Sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page
  2. Scroll down and click on Add a state. (you are not adding a state, this just gets you back in)
  3. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
  4. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. 
  5. Then click on Print Center
  6. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you have not checked with the post office to see if your card is indeed there, you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888)285-4169 to have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

You would have to contact your local post office. Usually for security reasons they will decline that option.

According to the Turbo Prepaid Card website "Your personalized card will arrive in the mail in 5 - 10 business days after a successful registration. If it has been more than 10 business days since you registered your card, and you haven't received your personalized card, please report it on the Card Not Received page. You can also contact customer care at 

(888) 285-4169.

I have called [phone number removed] over and over and the number does not seem to be in service!!! I have not received my debit card and its been weeks!!!

I filed my taxes march 12th 2020 and have NOT RECEIVED my debit card!! Can not seem to be ale to log on to lost card not received page.

Please try to contact support at (866) 795-7597,  don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

Your card will arrive in the mail in 5 - 10 business days after a successful registration. If it has been more than 10 business days since you registered your card, and you haven't received your card, please report it on the Card Not Received page. You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169

This is the second attempt to get a card the first one was mailed but never received

  You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.

 

Follow the steps below.

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

I FINALLY got through on this number, however  they keep saying I have more then one card with you, but I DONT! I threw last years card away, didn't know I was suppose to keep after using the cash on the card. Then after entering all my info they are asking for the last 4 digits of the card!! Very frustrating because I HAVE NO CARD!! Cancell my old **bleep** and send me a NEW CARD PLEASE!!!!!!!!

You would need to speak with TurbTax Visa Debit Card customer care, as we do not have access here to your card information. Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it)

You may also log in to report it lost/stolen.

What's next? Oh, you'll try to get a hold of a service representative and you won't be able to. You'll reach one, and they'll be unhelpful. You'll get screwed out of your tax refund, but it won't matter because you will already have paid TurboTax a non-refundable fee. Please choose another tax prep service next year, TurboTax is really inconsistent and sketchy.
