How do I go back to beginning of turbotax return I need to make corrections
@Blueground201 If you did not e-file and did not mail out your tax returns yet, you can go back in to make changes to your return. Please see the instructions below:
Make changes before filing:
If the return was already filed, you will need to wait until it has been processed and you have received your refund or confirmation that any tax due was paid. (If you file an amended return while your first return is being processed, it can cause extended delays for both returns)
If the IRS would reject your return for any reason, then you would be able to go in and make any necessary changes to your tax return and resubmit.

I am doing 2018 taxes on a downloaded version. I have done my past taxes with turbo tax and want to transfer all my info. How do I do this?
On 3-25 we completed filing. I asked that our refund be sent directly to our Bank Account ([social security number removed] and [phone number removed]). I received directions to enter the eight digit code that was sent to my cell phone. I waited for almost two hours and had received no such code. I had to leave my computer. When I returned several hours I had received a code (Removed]. By that time my login had been cancelled. When I attempted to log back in I was instructed to enter a six digit code, but I had either lost or forgot or never received such a code. What do I do to get my refund sent to my bank?
The TurboTax system will not send an email with the email verification code to the email address used in registration. While TurboTax states that the return is ready to file, it has been impossible to obtain the verification code.
I am at a total loss.
Two-step verification is when a user is required to provide additional verification after signing in. Often a verification code is provided to the user via text message or automated phone call.
Any time you sign in to an existing TurboTax account on an unrecognized computer or device, we'll ask you to verify your identity first.

turbo tax will not let us change our email.
We finally fixed our old email password and 4 codes sent to us were incorrect.
So we can't file. And we already paid with a credit card. This is so frustrating.
Also we were not able to fill in the blank that asked for an annuity start date. I want to speak to a person on the phone.

If you mailed your tax return to the IRS, the IRS will need to receive and process it. They are currently delays in doing that. You can check the status of your refund here.
If you would like to talk to a phone agent, you will need to set up a call. Here is how to do that. Keep in mind that so close to the deadline, the wait times can be long.
I have filed my return 5 times and it keeps being rejected by the irs I’m not shur what to do
Try asking here first. It will be faster and if you have the Free Edition it doesn't have phone support.
