i filed with you guys since feb6 but I never get my refund. funny enough Irs close his phone line. here my [email address removed], [phone number removed]

@jojo04 What does your status on the"Where's My Refund?" tool say? 

Mine too. The where's my refund tool just says there is still no date. 

I have filed with you and charged for it, but have not received confirmation nor returns yet. Can someone help me.

@Abennettma27 For now the IRS is focusing their efforts into distributing the stimulus payments. Once that's done, they'll resume normal operations which include processing returns and issuing refunds. Rest assured, if you're owed a refund, it is coming.
