Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

No. This is not Intuit Corporation support. This is a user forum. You can contact the IRS and get an official copy of your past filing. This probably will take more than a month. If you used Turbotax last year, the data is still on your computer and you can go in and go straight to the Print your returns function and reprint.
