It sounds like you may not be logging into the same account that you were originally using. To make sure you don't have another account, please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help Article: How can I view all my TurboTax accounts?
Thank you Rachel. Wish that was the case. I have been using TT for about 20 years. One login. Prior taxes are missing in the account as well. Really strange. I can’t get any help from TT.

Thanks for the input. Slightly frustrated as I have placed two phone calls but I know I'm talking to frontline support and they can't seem to resolve the issue. My 2024 was essentially ready to file but no info is gone. TT is asking me to data entry everything without auto populate from 2023. All of my prior year files, I believe starting from 2010, are gone. I can't seem to escalate this issue. At a lost...
