Can anybody tell me why I cannot receive refund?

I filed my tax on 3/30/19 but haven't received any refund yet. Usually I get within a week every year after Accepted.  I called IRS today and he said "I should contact Turbo Tax. Maybe that's because you filed Turbo tax free edition."  After that, I found the account number and routing number of the account to receive my refund on my tax file was somebody else's account info.. I have no idea whose account info this is and how to get my refund now...I really appreciate somebody can help me.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  If so, it goes first to a third party bank; the third party bank takes your fees out of the refund and then sends the rest of the refund to you.  Expecting your refund in a week is not realistic for a 2018 tax return--we just had major tax law changes, new tax forms,  and began tax season after a five week government shutdown.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
