Amended tax instructions for mail in

Mailing in an amended state return.  Directions state: Attach copy 1 of From W2 to the front of your Form 40.  

I have no W2s.  I am a sole proprietor.  What do I attach here if anything?   Thanks.  I don't think I've mailed a return in well over a decade.  Used to online handling of everything.

If you don't have a W-2 you do not attach anything.
