As you go through the FILE portion of your TurboTax interview, you'll be asked how you would like to receive your refund.  You'll select "Direct Deposit".  After that, you'll be asked to enter your banking information.  You'll need your bank's routing number as well as your account number.   Please post back if you have other questions.

@garydickerson121 As long as you haven't e-filed yet, you can make changes to the information.  Once you've e-filed (or mailed a printed return), no changes can be made.

The info below will explain how to make a correction to banking information you entered.  Again, if you've already filed, you cannot make changes.

How do I change my transferred direct deposit information?

If you already e-filed, see the info below that will explain what to expect.

What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?

What if you do not owe taxes and are not receiving a refund?

Is there a way to enter bank information because without that, you end up receiving stimulus check payments by snail mail!

@iwasschmidt Did you enter banking info for your 2019 return?  If so, the IRS will use that info.

Here's an article published by TurboTax that may help answer some of your questions.  Also, see the "Get My Refund" link, where you can see when to expect your stimulus payment.

How will the stimulus package impact me?

How to change your bank account deposit info
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/accessing/help/how-do-i-change-my-transferred-direct-deposit-information/00/27040

If you have not filed yet, you can add or change it when you go though the FILE tab.

If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and change how you want to receive your refund.  If you want direct deposit you need the routing number and your own account number.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

@Timothy2905

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and enter/change how you want to receive your refund.  If you want direct deposit you need the routing number and your own account number.

There is not a bank account for direct deposit or direct debit associated with your TurboTax account.

You only enter the bank information in the File section in Step 2 of the program, if using the online editions, prior to filing your tax return.

Once a tax return has been filed the bank information cannot be changed.

@Sheir34 This is the public user forum which can be seen by anyone---luckily for you the filter removed the banking information you tried to post here.  This is not where you need to enter banking information.   If you have not e-filed yet, you go to the FILE section in the software to enter your account and routing information.

If you want to have the fees deducted from your federal refund you have to use their bank.  Or pay the fees with a credit card.  You can get a prepaid VISA card at Walmart or somewhere.
