If you’d like an expert to prepare and file taxes for you, TurboTax Expert Full Service is right for you.

We’ll walk you through securely adding your docs to get you matched with your tax expert. You’ll set up a call with your expert so they can get to know you and answer any questions in real time. Then they’ll get to work preparing and filing your taxes as soon as the same day.

You’ll talk to your expert via one-way video, where you can see your expert but they won't be able to see you. You won't be able to email your Full Service expert but you can send them secure messages when you're signed in to TurboTax.
