Where do I enter a 1098 tax form?

It’s easy to enter your 1098 in TurboTax. Simply open your return, visit the Deductions and Credits section and look for Form 1098, then follow the instructions to enter your mortgage information.

A Form 1098 without a letter is a mortgage interest statement. If you have a mortgage on your home, your lender should send you a Form 1098 by early February.
