Where do I get my 1095-A form?

Important: If you'll get a 1095-A, wait until you've received it to file your tax return. Filing without it will result in a rejection from the IRS. You should receive a Form 1095-A by mid-February if you purchased health insurance through the government.

If you enrolled online for a Marketplace plan, you can check the website of the Marketplace where you purchased your health insurance plan to see if your 1095-A is available to download. HealthCare.gov is the Health Insurance Marketplace for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

If you haven't filed your return, but have already entered the details from a 1095-A and then received a corrected 1095-A for that policy, you'll need to update the details you've entered.
