Your transmission didn't go through

I am ready to e-file and received this message:

 

Your transmission didn't go through.

 

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

 

We had a problem while saving your return for filing. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.

 

Anyone else experiencing this issue?  T

Are you still experiencing this problem?

 

Make sure you have ran all updates.

I waited about 3 hours and retried the submission.  It finally went through.
