Your transmission didn’t go through

I get the following message in trying to file. I went back to the My Info page and my phone number is 10 digits (3 digit area code followed by 7 digit number)? Has anyone experienced this before? I live out of country so I can't call in to turbotax to get support and I can't find an email address to contact them with

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulting recognizing the data in ther eturn you are sending. To ensure you have the latest version of TurboTazx, wait 24 hours to update your program automatically. If you still can’t transmit your return go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or a workaround. In some cases you may need to file your return by mail. – 601 EERV:5, CustHdr_17 - ?:? – Invalid SMS Number. Must be between 10 and 10 digits

It means that you need to use a valid U.S. domestic phone number.

 

Please see the attached link for more instructions on how to correct the issue and proceed to file your return.

 

Invalid SMS number error

 

Try deleting the entire value in that box and then re-entering it using a valid U.S.domestic phone number.
