You keep adding on the $45 charge for premium benefits and I don't want it.

How do i take off the $45 you keep adding on?

Are you in California?  If you want to have the fees deducted from your federal refund you have to add Premium.  Otherwise you have to go back and pay the fees upfront with a credit card.
