Wrong 2022 income entered adjusted gross income and resubmitted it here. How do I get it to be stop being rejected.

i entered the correct AGI from 1040now form from last year.  I know it is the correct amount from2022.    i accidentally put 2021 the first submission

If you do not have a copy of your tax return or if your AGI is not correct, you can get your AGI from one of the IRS self-service tools: Use your online account to immediately view your AGI on the Tax Records tab. If you're a new user, have your photo identification ready.

 If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2022 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late.   Try using zero instead.

 

If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year.  The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
