To schedule a call, click on 'Help' in the top of your screen on the right.
Then select 'Contact us'
Then 'Talk to a person'
If you are unable to sign in I would use the "Forgot User ID or Password" link under the sign-in on the first TurboTax page.
If this is still not possible, you can make an Account Recovery Request or you can contact Customer Support.

The phone number doesn't work. i get the code to change my password, i change it, then it says "something went wrong. and won't do anything. i called the number, and it tells me it needs my name to forward to help, and then hangs up. AND the one time i got through to a customer service number, i heard a lot of background noise, but no one ever answered. If it is this bad now to just get a password changed, i can't imagine how hard it will be to reach a person when things start processing!

If you have already filed your taxes
As part of the recently passed American Rescue Plan, the first $10,200 worth of unemployment payments are now tax-free for households with annual incomes less than $150,000. This expanded tax relief begins this year, starting for taxpayers filing returns after January 1, 2020. The IRS will provide additional guidance about what you need to do to take advantage of this relief if you already filed your 2020 tax return.
